We believe that personal connections between communities is key to social progress. We design products that remind us every day of the work to be done, and to invite others into the conversation. We trust that these small doses of exposure will have large-scale social impact.

We're creating jobs and opportunity for a lost generation in Rwanda. Our employees are uneducated, displaced, or otherwise disenfranchised men and women in their 20s and 30s who were previously living below the poverty line. In addition to employment and skill development, our work provides a sense of community, opportunity, and hope for our team.
